By downloading, installing, registering, or using Netrakshak VPN ("the Service"), you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Availability

The Service is currently available only in Nepal and India. Will be available globally soon.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to purchase or use the Service.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in local currency based on your region. All prices include applicable taxes.

• Nepal: Prices in Nepali Rupees (NPR)
• India: Prices in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods based on your region. International cards are not accepted at this time.

6. Subscription Plans

All plans are auto-renewing. You will be charged automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation can be done from within the app or by contacting support.

7. Refund Policy

At present, all payments made via eSewa, Khalti, or UPI are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or non-usage. We are working to introduce a refund policy in the future.

8. Prohibited Activities

Use of Netrakshak VPN for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Illegal activities under global laws
• Copyright infringement
• Hacking or DDoS attacks
• Spam or mass messaging
• Child sexual abuse material
• Fraud or any unlawful purpose

9. Account Rules

• Maximum 7 simultaneous devices per account (Family Plan allows more)
• Account sharing or resale is prohibited

10. No-Logs Policy

We do not log browsing history, traffic data, original IP addresses, or DNS queries. We may only log bandwidth and connection time. Your privacy is our top priority.

11. Service Limitations

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by government restrictions, internet shutdowns, or force majeure events.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund for any violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and India.
